Mainau – transforming the Guests and Market department

Commissioned by Mainau GmbH, occursus is supporting the transformation and establishment of the newly created Guests and Market department. The aim is to organise the business consistently around visitors and their needs, break down silos and connect sales, communications and visitor experience more closely. Developing roles, responsibilities and decision-making processes together creates a structure that supports collaboration and prepares Mainau for the future.
